feat: cleanup names
- ResultTrait -> Context - ChainErrorDown -> ErrorDown - derive_err_kind -> err_kind - derive_str_context -> str_context - add `prelude::v2` with only the traits Signed-off-by: Harald Hoyer <harald@hoyer.xyz>
