feat: add environment variables for ROCm and libva

Browse source 
Included HSA_OVERRIDE_GFX_VERSION for ROCm acceleration. Added LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME and commented NIXOS_OZONE_WL to environment.sessionVariables settings.
