fix: make containers reproducible again 
by providing the `--chroot` argument to `gramine-sgx-sign` and with
a careful assembled `nix` directory, containing no build root artifacts.

feat: use overlay to specify mkSGXContainer 
will simplify `pkgs.callPackage lib.nixsgx.mkSGXContainer`
to `nixsgxLib.mkSGXContainer`.
