- Add HMAC-SHA256 signature verification for WhatsApp webhooks
- Prevents message spoofing attacks (CWE-345)
- Add whatsapp_app_secret config field with ZEROCLAW_WHATSAPP_APP_SECRET env override
- Add 13 comprehensive unit tests
