Smoke-test PR from the new hermes-flake-bump watchdog (kanban t_7f05b110) — opened to verify the push/CI path end-to-end with an intentionally older tag (v2026.9.21). Superseded by #55 (v2026.9.24, current latest). Closing; the watchdog marks this tag as already-offered and will not reopen it.
