Manual bump procedure (tag in flake.nix url + confined flake update +
validation as CI runs it + AGit PR), rollback paths, and the operating
manual for the hermes-flake-bump cron watchdog (fd759b2cd497, Mondays
07:30): inspect/fire/pause, dry-run env overrides, dedupe markers, and
the cache-warm single-writer rationale. Kanban t_0c6c2ddd.
